We are looking for qualified candidates to fill for the positions below.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Maintain and enhance alumni engagement programs (reunions, networking events, mentoring programs, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive alumni database and communication system.
  • Oversee career development and placement services.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with employers, industry professionals, and recruitment agencies to create job placement opportunities for students and graduates.
  • Support student-led professional organizations and activities that enhance employability and industry awareness.
  • Design and conduct career readiness training programs.
  • Organize job fairs, company visits, recruitment drives, and career networking strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one career advising, including resume building and job searching strategies.
  • Coordinate student internship placements with academic units and industry partners.
  • Prepare and submit Student Employee’s time sheets every month.
  • Maintain records and generate reports for school leadership, accreditation bodies, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update Graduate Employment Data.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in career services, alumni relations, student affairs, recruitment, human resources, or employer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating internship programs, career placement initiatives, or alumni engagement activities, preferably in a higher education or academic environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with employers, industry partners, alumni, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in organizing career-related events such as job fairs, employer talks, networking sessions, or professional development workshops.
  • Familiarity with graduate employment tracking, data management, and reporting requirements for institutional or accreditation purposes.
  • Strong understanding of career development principles, employability skills, and labor market trends.
  • Data management and reporting skills, including maintaining databases, tracking graduate outcomes, and preparing analytical reports.
  • Event planning and coordination skills, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with databases, CRM systems, or alumni management platforms.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively with students, alumni, faculty, employers, and external partners.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Advising and coaching skills, particularly in career counseling, resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, events, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and initiative, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment, particularly when handling student and alumni information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also functioning effectively with minimal supervision.
