We are looking for qualified candidates to fill for the positions below.
- Instruction & Learning Design
- Teach graduate-level academic English courses aligned with master’s degree entry requirements.
- Develop academic writing, reading, listening, and speaking skills.
- Integrate critical thinking, research skills, and academic integrity.
- Scaffold instruction for diverse adult learners.
- Curriculum & Assessment
- Design assessments aligned with graduate-level standards.
- Provide detailed, formative feedback.
- Support learner progression through data-informed instruction.
- Student Support & Engagement
- Support adult learners transitioning to graduate study.
- Foster an inclusive and rigorous learning environment.
- Master's Degree in or higher in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, EAP, or related field.
- At least experience of teaching academic English to adult learners for 5 years
- Strong knowledge of academic writing and citation conventions.
- High level of English language proficiency, equivalent to CEFR C2 or IELTS band 8.5/9.
- Ability to respond flexibly to emerging needs in mixed-ability EAP programs.
- Familiarity with IELTS/TOEFL benchmarks.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and learning in academic English programs.
- Reflective practitioner with a passion for innovation in teaching and learning.
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students in academic English programs.
