AusBake is a well-established small wholesale bakery in Phnom Penh.

We supply sliced bread, rolls, pastries and other bakery products to more than 50 marts, restaurants and other customers.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Plan, organise and supervise daily bakery production.
  • Produce consistent bread, rolls, pastries and other bakery products.
  • Lead, supervise, teach and train bakery staff.
  • Make sure all products are completed correctly and on time.
  • Maintain consistent quality, hygiene and production efficiency.
  • Control ingredients, wastage and production quantities.
  • Solve production problems and maintain bakery standards.
  • Report directly to the owner.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in bread and commercial bakery production.
  • Strong knowledge of mixing, shaping, proofing and baking.
  • Able to manage and train a production team.
  • Good attention to quality, hygiene and detail.
Soft Skills
  • Reliable, responsible and able to work independently.
  • Must be available to start as soon as possible.
  • Honest and trustworthy person
