Australia Young Leaders Academy (AYLA) in partnership with Paññāsāstra International School, is an educational organization committed to developing high-quality learning pathways for children and young people across Cambodia. - Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms
- Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to implement new features
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best development practices
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous product improvement
- 2–5 years of professional experience in mobile application development
- Hands-on experience with Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
- Experience publishing applications to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques
- Experience working with Firebase or other mobile backend services
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills
