Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- What You Will Do
- A Warm Welcome: Say hello to the children and their parents. You are the first person they see, so you help them feel safe and happy!
- Easy Explaining: Sometimes parents have questions about what we do. You will help explain things in a way that is very easy to understand.
- Helping Hand: You will answer the phone, reply to messages, and help keep our center organized.
- Being Patient: We work with wonderful children who are still learning. Having a calm and understanding person at the front desk helps our parents and kids feel like they are in the right place.

Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
- You Have a Kind Heart: You genuinely love helping people and making them smile.
- You are a Gentle Listener: You have a soft way of listening that makes others feel heard. You enjoy taking your time to make sure every parent and child feels comfortable and understood.
- You Speak Clearly: You are great at taking "big" or tricky information and explaining it in a very simple way that anyone can understand.
- You Love Being Part of a Team: You enjoy coming in each day to see friendly faces and helping us make the center a happy place for everyone.
