Job Description
AWOT Global Corporation is a top-ranking logistics service provider offering comprehensive logistics solutions to customers across various industries.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop new customers for import and export logistics services.
- Identify potential factories, trading companies, importers, and exporters.
- Make cold calls, send emails to prospects, conduct customer visits, and arrange business meetings.
- Prepare quotations for sea freight, air freight, trucking, and customs clearance services for overseas agents and customers.
- Negotiate rates and service terms with customers.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor competitors, market rates, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and gross profit targets.
- Support the Accounts Team with payment follow-up and collection.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management or Head Office.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- Chinese - Simplified - Medium
- English - Medium
- Bachelor's Degree
- Able to speak and write English. Chinese language skills are a priority.
- Previous experience in logistics sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and customers.
- Good computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Honest, responsible, and loyal to the company.
