Baby Brid Co., Ltd is a private limited company working in the agricultural/Food production arena to promote and grow organic Kampot Pepper, chili, lime, lemon, avocado, orange, coconut, durian, pomegranate in its farm in Damnak Chang Eur village, Prey Thom commune, Kep City, Kep province. Our Baby Bird company always seek to only produce and market the highest quality, organic, original, tasty, healthful, fruits, vegetables, and value-added food products and we have raising cows, bee and earthworm.

We are urgently looking for a strong and capable candidate as well as loving the farm’s work to fulfill the position as below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Supervise daily farm operations and guide farm assistants and laborers
  • Assign tasks and monitor work quality (planting, harvesting, feeding, cleaning, etc.)
  • Ensure animal welfare / crop health by following best farming practices
  • Operate and oversee farm equipment and report maintenance needs
  • Train new workers on safety procedures, tools, and farm protocols
  • Enforce health, safety, and biosecurity standards
  • Assist with scheduling and workforce planning
  • Monitor supplies and inventory (feed, seeds, tools, chemicals)
  • Keep basic records and reports (production, attendance, incidents)
  • Support the Farm Manager/Supervisor in meeting production targets

Job Requirements
Work History:
  • Practical farm experience for 1 to 2 years
  • At least in a supervisory or leadership role for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, Crop Production, or related field (Relevant hands-on experience may substitute formal education)
  • Valid basic safety or farm operations training (preferred)
  • Ability to read, write, and complete basic farm records and reports
  • Strong knowledge of crop and/or livestock management practices
  • Basic knowledge of fertilizers, Bio-pesticide, feeds, and animal health
  • Ability to identify and report diseases, pests, or equipment faults
  • Basic computer skills (advantage)
Soft Skills
  • Strong time management and task-planning ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
  • Willingness to live on-site (if required)
  • Honest, reliable, and disciplined
