Job Description

Sourire Angkor is a French non-profit organization founded in 2001 and headquartered in Montpellier, France. Its mission is to provide access to education and vocational training for underprivileged children in the Siem Reap region of Cambodia, as a pathway to dignity, autonomy, and long-term independence.

Through a sponsorship and donation system, children in highly vulnerable situations are identified by the local Caretakers / Tutors team and supported throughout their schooling, and in some cases higher education, while remaining within their families and benefiting from close, individualized follow-up.

The organization operates with a strong volunteer-based model—entirely in France and partially in Cambodia—ensuring very low operating costs and a human-scale approach that allows close relationships with families and sponsors. Since its creation, Sourire Angkor has supported several hundred children and continues to grow its impact through the commitment of its teams, partners, donors, and sponsors.
