Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Warehouse Stock Supervisor
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage to implement stock movement that requires production plan sales plan and logistics plan
- Manage and prepare daily stock in and out follow stock control policies and system
- Manage stock operation staff to control stock moving activates in warehouse
- Manage to update the record daily to archive daily stock online report
- Monthly prepare stock in place for physical counting
- Manage and maintenance stock support equipment (camera for control stock, stock counting machine scale……)
- Other tasks that are assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with warehouse management software and other inventory control systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations
- Forklift certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel (advance), Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with WMS and Localize systems
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for operational efficiency
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to collaborate effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
