Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Work with audit managers and partners to develop audit quality plan and monitor and report progress against actions
- Preparation and maintaining documentation of the firm’s System of Quality Management (“SoQM”) in compliance with the requirements of ISQM 1 and 2
- Monitoring and coordinating engagement quality reviews
- Co-ordinating and liaising with all parties responsible for quality initiatives and audit quality reporting
- Assist in Ethics & Independence as well as Risk Management initiatives and activities
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent and/or Professional Accounting qualification
- At least 3 years of working experience in audit
- Strong interest in audit quality, risk management or methodology
- Good command of English and Khmer languages, both writing and speaking
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications
- A strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
