- Managing the marketing department's staff.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales department.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Generating new business leads.
- Other task assigns by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related fields
- At least of experience in marketing and sales for 3 years
- Proven experience in management or leadership role.
- Good understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in English (Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Presenting).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.
