Job Description
Borey Courtyard, also known as ELT Courtyard 60m, is a residential development in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, located on 50M Road. It's a boutique community spanning 5 hectares, with a limited number of homes (over 100) designed to offer exclusivity and luxury. The development features four different types of minimalist homes, all with courtyards, and some larger homes include swimming pools.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- ពិនិត្យមើលផ្ទាំងគ្រប់គ្រងអគារសិក្សា និងខ្សែភ្លើងសម្រាប់បញ្ហា
- ពិនិត្យថែទាំនិងជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនត្រជាក់
- ផ្លាស់ប្តូរអំពូល និងជំនួសអំពូលភ្លើង
- ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រព័ន្ធ
- ធានាបាននូវប្រព័ន្ធសុវត្ថិភាព (សំឡេងរោទិ៍)
- អនុវត្តការជួសជុលតូចតាច (ឧ. សោរខូច ការខូចខាតជញ្ជាំង ឬបង្អួច)
- ដំឡើងឧបករណ៍ និងឧបករណ៍ចាំបាច់នៅក្នុងផ្ទះបាយ និងអាហារដ្ឋាន
