Job Description
Borey Courtyard, also known as ELT Courtyard 60m, is a residential development in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, located on 50M Road. It's a boutique community spanning 5 hectares, with a limited number of homes (over 100) designed to offer exclusivity and luxury. The development features four different types of minimalist homes, all with courtyards, and some larger homes include swimming pools.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, including civil, structural, and architectural works.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide on-site teams.
- Perform quality checks on materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
- Document and report any deviations from the project plan or quality standards.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical queries and design issues.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Investigate and report all accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
- Ensure environmental regulations are adhered to during all construction activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, or a similar role in real estate or construction for 7 years
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading on-site construction teams.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
- Ability to use project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
