Job Description
Borey Courtyard, also known as ELT Courtyard 60m, is a residential development in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, located on 50M Road. It's a boutique community spanning 5 hectares, with a limited number of homes (over 100) designed to offer exclusivity and luxury. The development features four different types of minimalist homes, all with courtyards, and some larger homes include swimming pools.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Overseeing and supervising employees and all the activities of the purchasing department.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and report
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance or related
- Several years of proven experience as a procurement or purhase offer
- Ability to use project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
