Job Description
Borey Courtyard, also known as ELT Courtyard 60m, is a residential development in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, located on 50M Road. It's a boutique community spanning 5 hectares, with a limited number of homes (over 100) designed to offer exclusivity and luxury. The development features four different types of minimalist homes, all with courtyards, and some larger homes include swimming pools.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure the smooth process of electrical and plumbing install, and fixing
- Coordinate with the team, MEP, and Site Engineers to ensure a smooth and timely workflow.
- Understand the technical skills and knowlegde of electrical and plumbing
- Report to Project Manger on any problem
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineer or Electrical
- Several years of proven experience in Maintenance filed
- Ability to use project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
