Job Description
Mega International Commercial Bank is one of the leading commercial banks in Taiwan, headquartered in Taipei.
The Bank has an extensive service network with over 100 branches in Taiwan and more than 35 overseas locations across Asia, Europe, and North America. It is well recognized for its strong foreign exchange expertise, global network, and solid financial performance.
In Cambodia, Mega Bank operates one branch and four sub-branches in Phnom Penh City, providing services including loans, deposits, foreign exchange, and remittances.
The Chamkar Mon Sub-branch was established in February 2021.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide counter services including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, foreign exchange, and local/international transfers.
- Perform daily transaction balancing and ensure accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding bank products and services.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Chinese - Mandarin - Basic is required
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level for 2 years
- Basic Chinese communication skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and a good team player.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
