We are looking for various positions in Cambodia as follows:
- Integrate nutrition objectives into agricultural extension, training, and production systems to strengthen linkages between farming activities and improved household diets
- Promote the production and consumption of nutrient-dense crops, small livestock, fish, and insects aligned with local food preferences and nutrition gaps
- Support the development of home gardens, diversified farming models, and household food production systems, with particular attention to women’s roles and responsibilities
- Develop and deliver nutrition education and behavior change communication materials in collaboration with extension teams and local partners
- Strengthen the capacity of field facilitators, CAOs, and other extension staff to mainstream nutrition-sensitive approaches into their regular advisory services
- Monitor nutrition-related outcomes and practices among beneficiary households and use findings to improve program design and implementation
- Document good practices, lessons learned, and successful models of nutrition-sensitive agriculture for knowledge sharing.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in nutrition, agriculture, public health, rural development, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation in food systems, nutrition, and agricultural livelihoods
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Strong experience in advanced training in nutrition, food security, or community health
- Have at least +15 Years of professional experience in Designing and implementing nutrition-sensitive agriculture programs, particularly those that link agricultural production with improved household diets and nutrition outcomes, promoting nutrient-dense crops, home gardens, small livestock, aquaculture, and diversified farming systems.
- Have a strong understanding of gender and social dimensions of nutrition, especially the roles of women in food production, preparation, and household decision-making.
- Experience working with extension services, community groups, and development partners
- Strong facilitation, training, and communication skills
- Strong experiences in effectively support farmers and field staff in integrating nutrition objectives into agricultural interventions.
- Good English language skills are required and a willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
