Job Description

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Customer Service and Parent Communication
  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and reception area standards.
  • Provide timely information and guidance to parents and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the front office reflects the school’s professional image.
  • Admissions Administration
  • Manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Provide accurate information to prospective parents about school programs, fees, and policies.
  • Coordinate application forms, interviews, and entrance assessments.
  • Maintain admissions records, databases, and follow-up communications.
  • Prepare admissions reports for the School Leadership Team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with school policies and Cambodian regulations.
  • General Administration Support
  • Prepare, file, and manage official documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Support school operations with documentation, staff coordination, and logistics.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, workshops, and school events.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests.
  • Draft and distribute announcements, notices, and circulars in English and Khmer.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • The employee is expected to support and perform additional duties as reasonably assigned by their line manager, provided such tasks align with their role and area of expertise.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer
  • English
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, Education, or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum 2–3 years in customer service , administration, or admissions roles (school experience preferred).
  • Strong bilingual communication (English & Khmer), proficiency in Microsoft Office, organizational skills, customer service orientation.
  • Database management, bilingual drafting, scheduling tools, admissions documentation support.
Soft Skills
  • Discretion, reliability, punctuality, courteous demeanour.
  • Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, culturally sensitive, service-focused.
