Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Greeting customers and provide prompt, friendly assistance at the front counter.
- Handle basic product inquiries, promotions, and customer requests.
- Operate the POS system accurately for all payment types (cash, cards, transfers, e-wallets).
- Issue invoices, receipts, and required tax documents.
- Process discounts, vouchers, and promotions correctly.
- Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer throughout the shift.
- Prepare end-of-day cash reconciliation and report discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with butchers and retail staff on customer orders and special cuts.
- Support stock checks, replenishment, and counter packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized cashier counter and uphold store hygiene and brand standards.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer
- English - Basic is preferred
- Experience as a cashier or customer service staff for 1 year as a minimum
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Experience in retail, supermarket, F&B, or food-related environments
- Good communication skills and professional appearance
- Strong accuracy in cash handling and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and manage fast-paced retail hours
- Reliable communication skills in Khmer; basic English is an advantage
