Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, handling daily inquiries and order requests.
  • Respond promptly to messages and calls across phone, Telegram, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Receive, encode, and confirm customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with Production on cutting specifications and special requests.
  • Work with the Warehouse team on stock checks and product availability.
  • Align with Logistics/Drivers on delivery schedules and routing notes.
  • Prepare simple quotations, price lists, and support basic sales documentation.
  • Maintain organized sales logs, customer records, and filing of DOs/invoices.
  • Communicate proactively about shortages, delays, or order changes to customers.
  • Support retail operations during peak periods, including POS or customer assistance when needed.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Work History:
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or admin roles. for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in food service, hospitality, or FMCG is an advantage.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, messaging systems).
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to communicate well with chefs and purchasing teams.
  • Knowledge of meat cuts, food products, or restaurant operations (training provided).
  • Experience handling B2B order-taking or sales coordination.
  • Familiarity with POS or order-entry systems.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills both Khmer and English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
