Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Pick and prepare items accurately according to daily order sheets and product specifications.
- Ensure correct quantities, weights, and product codes for each customer order.
- Keep chiller and freezer areas organized and return unused stock to proper zones.
- Follow cold-chain procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Practice strict FIFO when picking, storing, and rotating products.
- Report low-stock, slow-moving, or expiring items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist with packing, sealing, labeling, and weighing products when needed.
- Support dispatch by preparing orders for drivers and assisting with loading/unloading.
- Participate in daily/weekly stock counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Provide operational support to Warehouse, Production, and Retail teams during peak periods.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Basic is preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable working in cold storage areas
- Able to read order sheets and follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Experience in warehouse or cold storage environments
- Experience handling perishable goods (meat, seafood, produce)
- Reliable, hardworking, and fast learner
- Good communication skills (Basic English is an advantage)
