Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead, train, and inspire the national sales team to achieve ambitious targets
- Build partnerships with retail chains, beauty shops, supermarkets, and distributors
- Develop and execute sales & promotion strategies across retail anddigital channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team on TikTok, Facebook, and influencer campaigns
- Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and optimize sales plans
- Expand brand presence nationwide with a strong focus on quality and service
