Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor factory adherence for all aspects of our quality assurance program
- Report quality-related issues and actively participate in coaching the factory in solving problems
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement training and attend weekly quality meetings with supervisor and factory management
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer is preferred
- English - Fluent is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Footwear Technology from an accredited institution
- Experience in shoe manufacturing and inspection for 3 to 5 years
- Proficeint in written and spoken English required
- Spoken Mandarin preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
