Job Description

Cambodia Chamber of Commerce is the leading national institution representing the interests of the private sector in Cambodia. Established under the Law on Chambers of Commerce, the CCC plays a vital role in promoting trade, supporting local businesses, and facilitating dialogue between the government and the private sector. CCC works to ensure a conducive business environment and sustainable economic growth throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Project Management & Operational Support: Assist the project leader and manager in drafting detailed project work plans, timelines, and resource schedules for both core and pop-up programs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Organize and coordinate logistics for key activities such as business forum, workshops, training sessions, networking events, and local/international delegation visits.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including participant lists, meeting minutes, contracts, and financial records, ensuring all project data is accurate and accessible.
  • Stakeholder & Beneficiary Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, external partners and program beneficiaries across all program types. Assist liaising partners and sponsors to ensure clear communication, alignment on program objectives, timely delivery mutual responsibilities.
  • Financial Tracking: Assist in tracking project expenditures, processing invoices, and performing basic financial alignment to ensure we stay within budget for various programs.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor milestones and deadlines, proactively identifying potential risks and preparing accurate status updates and end-of-program reports for the project leader and manager

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Have at least of experience in project management, program administration, or a similar support role for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Language: Excellent command of written spoken and Listening English and Khmer.
  • Related Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Cambodian business’s ecosystem, including startups, SMEs, and local business challenges.
  • Technical & Software Proficiency: Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with good skills in project management tools like MS Project, Notion or Canva is a plus.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively build relationships with diverse local and international stakeholders.
  • Financial Foundation: A good foundation in managing funds, budgeting, and tracking project expenses.
  • Research & Analysis: Ability to gather relevant information, conduct basic market research, and keep up-to-date with local business and economic trends.
Soft Skills
  • Attitude: Must be a proactive team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to provinces or work outside standard hours occasionally for special events or program activities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with people from various backgrounds, including government officials and young entrepreneurs.
