Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Digital Marketing and Content Management
  • Website Management: Maintain and regularly update the CITA Institute website with current program details, news, and events. Ensure the site is user-friendly and mobile-optimized.
  • Social Media: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to engage prospective students and partners.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content, including articles, blog posts, testimonials, video scripts, and graphics, showcasing student success and program relevance.
  • SEO/SEM: Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and manage basic Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive traffic to the institute's online platforms.
  • Student Recruitment and Campaigns
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and manage targeted enrollment campaigns throughout the year for specific vocational programs.
  • Marketing Materials: Oversee the design and production of all printed and digital marketing material, including brochures, flyers, posters, and presentation slides.
  • Event Promotion: Promote and manage attendance for open houses, recruitment drives, career days, and program launch events.
  • Public Relations and Brand Management
  • Media Relations: Act as a key contact for media inquiries and coordinate press releases regarding institutional milestones, awards, and key initiatives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all internal and external communications adhere to CITA's brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
  • External Communications: Manage regular newsletters or email communications to prospective students, alumni, and industry partners.
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and the specific needs of the local labor market (in coordination with the Partnership Officer).
  • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing and recruitment campaigns using relevant metrics (e.g., cost per acquisition, conversion rates, website traffic).
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
Work History:
  • Proven experience at least in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably within the education, or vocational training sector for 1 year
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in photography and video content creation, social media management platforms, Google Analytics, and basic graphic design software.
  • TVET Knowledge: Deep understanding of the vocational training landscape in Cambodia, including knowledge of relevant government policies, accreditation processes, and in-demand industry skills.
Soft Skills
  • Mindset: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrate creativity in solving marketing challenges.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English are essential.
