Job Description

CLA stands for Cambodia Logistics Association, which is the official representation of the freight forwarders companies in Cambodia and recognized by the government of Cambodia since April 2020, CLA aims to strengthening Cambodia Freight Forwarding Industry. Currently, CLA is looking for General Manager, the Job descriptions are below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Reporting the work progress to the Board of Directors regularly.
  • Managing daily staff performance.
  • Leading in policies development of the association.
  • Coordinating of the meeting and other events.
  • Promote credit of the association with non-members.
  • Collecting and resolving member issues.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the president or the BODs.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is more preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Implementing associate policies, developing activity plans, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Experiences in People Management, development policies, and managing staff.
  • Knowledge on secretariate works and logistics are appreciated
  • English language is more advantage.
Soft Skills
  • Being more innovative and creative work.
  • Hard and smart working and trustworthy.
  • Be able to work as a team to better environment.
  • Well-organized and systematic staff.
