Job Description
The Cambodia University of Technology and Science (CamTech) was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming a leading university in technology and science to support Cambodia’s future prosperity. Located in Chroy Changva Satellite City, Phnom Penh, CamTech maintains strong links between higher education, industry, and applied research.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Research & Analytical Support
- Assist in researching technology, AI, education, and industry trends
- Help collect relevant data and summarize findings clearly
- Support simple data analysis and prepare short research reports or briefs
- Administrative & Office Operations
- Help organize documents, files, and meeting materials
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and basic office tasks
- Take notes during meetings and prepare simple summaries
- Support daily operational activities when needed
- Executive Coordination & Event Support
- Assist with communication between departments
- Support preparation of documents
- Help organize and support school-related events and activities
- Digital Transformation Contribution
- Contribute to learn and assist in digital transformation research/projects
- Support the digitization of manual processes and workflows
- Assist in improving and testing digital systems
- Help document digital workflows and process improvements
- Project Implementation & Thesis Development
- Work on one practical project that solves a real operational problem using technology skills such as AI/Data, software Developement
- Participate in planning, building, testing, and improving the solution
- Document the full process and outcomes as an academic project or thesis report
