The Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA), Siem Reap Chapter, is committed to supporting the growth and development of women-owned businesses in Cambodia. - Demonstrate measurable progress toward CWEA Siem Reap’s strategic goals while operating within Board-approved policies and Executive Limitations.
- Achieve agreed short-term priorities and annual objectives established in coordination with the Board of Directors.
- Maintain a high-performing, accountable, inclusive, and forward-looking organization.
- Strategic Leadership: Ensure that CWEA Siem Reap remains focused on its vision, mission, strategic priorities, and short- and long-term objectives.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Lead the development of an effective, responsible, innovative, and forward-looking organization with clear systems and accountability.
- Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of programs and activities.
- Program Quality: Ensure that programs are well planned, supported by realistic and detailed activity plans, and equipped with appropriate monitoring and evaluation systems.
- Innovation: Encourage creativity, innovation, learning, and continuous improvement across CWEA Siem Reap’s programs and operations.
- Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with private-sector organizations, government institutions, development partners, donors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Fundraising and Resource Mobilization: Lead fundraising initiatives, cultivate donor relationships, identify funding opportunities, and work with the Board to ensure adequate resources for committed activities.
- Representation: Represent CWEA Siem Reap at partner and government meetings, donor engagements, audits, official events, and other meetings as required.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent documentation across programs and organizational functions.
- Governance and Compliance: Promote good governance, transparency, accountability, and compliance with CWEA Siem Reap policies and Board decisions.
- Financial Oversight: Provide responsible oversight of financial planning, budgets, expenditures, resource allocation, and the organization’s overall financial well-being.
- Office and Operations Management: Ensure that the CWEA Siem Reap office is professionally managed, organized, efficient, and adequately equipped.
- Human Resources: Ensure appropriate staffing, recruitment, orientation, retention, training, performance management, professional development, and disciplinary processes.
- Staff Leadership: Build a positive working environment in which staff are motivated, supported, accountable, and valued members of the organization.
- Communication and Reporting: Ensure effective and timely communication and reporting to authorities, partners, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, including quarterly reporting as required.
- Board Relations: Keep the Board of Directors well informed through regular monthly updates, timely communication on urgent matters, and appropriate requests for Board approval. Attend Board meetings when required.
- Change Management: Ensure that organizational changes and new initiatives are appropriately assessed, planned, communicated, and implemented.
- Core Values: Uphold CWEA Siem Reap’s core values in staffing, policies, programs, recruitment, performance evaluation, partnerships, communications, and strategic decision-making, and serve as a strong advocate for these values.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Progressive leadership and management experience for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Demonstrated experience in organizational management, strategic planning, program management, and business development.
- Strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing women entrepreneurs, particularly in Cambodia.
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, financial management, partnership development, and resource mobilization.
- Fluent Khmer and good professional proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to understand and respond respectfully to the perspectives, needs, perceptions, and mindsets of women entrepreneurs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities with flexibility and professionalism.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and staff-support skills.
- Integrity, accountability, professionalism, and commitment to ethical leadership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to supporting women-led businesses.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team culture.
