Job Description
The Cambodian Equestrian Federation is the official federation for equestrian sports registered and approved by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, as well as the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate with Governmental Sport authorities
- Support the Federation’s leadership with daily administrative duties
- Prepare official documents, including letters, reports to Governmental Sport Authorities
- Record and translate minutes of meetings in both English and Khmer
- Coordinate travel, events, and logistics for national and international events
- Assist with communication management and media relations
- Assist with special projects and urgent matters, occasionally outside normal hours
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, business management, public affairs, or a related field
- Strong command of Khmer and English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional, trustworthy, and proactive
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willingness to learn, grow, and represent Cambodian sport with pride
