We’re looking for an Accountant , Bookkeeper and Social Media Manager at Cambodia Knits, a small, passionate social enterprise making unique, quality handmade toys. . Cambodia Knits is a social enterprise working with marginalized communities near Phnom Penh. Our goal is to produce beautiful, high quality and unique hand knit products while providing fair and flexible employment opportunities.
CK believes that employment is an empowering way out of poverty for marginalized communities, especially when that employment is fairly paid and works within the constraints communities face. For this reason, we provide paid training in knitting skills and travel to the communities regularly to collect finished products. We also work in cooperation with NGOs that are supporting the communities where we employ staff, coordinating activities and sharing information.
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill positions below:
- Plan and create engaging content, including videos, reels, stories, photos, and other digital media
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms
- Monitor, respond to, and follow up on comments and direct messages in a timely manner
- Alert supervisors of any critical or sensitive communications as needed
- Set up and manage marketing campaigns to promote events, products, and services
- Review and analyze the performance of social media campaigns to improve effectiveness and reach
- Support business owners and managers with additional marketing-related tasks as required
- Promote community engagement by gathering testimonials and personal stories
- Help build and maintain a local network of supporters and partners
- At least 2-3 year experience in accounting and related fields
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Localize and Quikbook
- Good organizational and time management skills
- A strong desire to work in a team
- Women are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skill with the in-house team and remote producers
