Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement annual marketing and sales strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives;
  • Prepare departmental business plans, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Sales Management
  • Achieving annual GWP and revenue targets;
  • Develop sales strategies to meet targets;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, agents, and business partners;
  • Negotiating deals and closing sales;
  • Managing sales performance and coaching team members.
  • Marketing Management
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and drive demand;
  • Conducting market research and analyzing clients’ behavior;
  • Identifying new market opportunities and trends;
  • Measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • Chinese - Simplified - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
Work History:
  • Marketing-Sale for insurance field for 8 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Excellent understanding of insurance regulatory law, and Insurance Business Knowledge;
  • Experience in databases, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office/CRM software/analytical software/automation tools;
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to derive actionable insights and make data driven decisions;
  • Extensive experience in leading and managing marketing functions, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector;
  • Ability to lead the client experience functions with a strong focus on meeting client needs and expectations;
  • Skill in using customer data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive improvements;
  • Fluency in Khmer, English, and Chinese.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent negotiation, Communication, and Problem Solving;
