CamboDHRRA is a national multi-stakeholder partnership network that mobilizes agriculture-related institutions and individuals to work together to improve agricultural production, strengthen market linkages, and promote inclusive and sustainable food systems that benefit farmers and rural communities in Cambodia.
As part of strengthening its Secretariat, CamboDHRRA is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to fill the position below:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in or Master’s degree in Agriculture and Rural Development, Agribusiness/Agro-industry, or related fields.
- At least of experience in project coordination or program management for 5 years
- Experience in facilitating trainings, workshops, and meetings.
- Experience in organizing campaigns (offline and online).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Good knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and performance management.
- Strong reporting and writing skills in Khmer and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to target areas.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
