CWCC is a highly regarded local not-for-profit organization, has been operating since 1997 and continues to grow its services to women and children who are victims of domestic violence, rape, and trafficking. CWCC's vision is to eliminate violence against women and is committed to reducing violence through intervention, education, advocacy and direct services for women.
CWCC is seeking to appoint capable, and committed person for the following positions:
- Assist in preparing project activity plan.
- Reaching out to target community and identify people in need of help including women survivors/returned women migrant workers.
- Do family/community assessment, develop case plan.
- provide counseling and conduct safe migration dissemination session.
- Facilitating to help target group adjust to changes and challenges they face by introducing CWCC’s comprehensive services especially psychological counseling, legal service and safe shelter and case referral as assessment plan with women survivors/returned women migrant workers.
- Provide data and information for reporting as required.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology or related field.
- Experience with NGOs, esp. community mobilizing for 2 years as a minimum
- Good knowledge in both writing and spoken English.
- Mature and committed person with compassion working with different kinds of people.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Trustworthy, humble, active team player.
- Strong interest in working together and building capacity of others.
- Ability to motivate, flexibility, openness and creativity.
