Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Organize job advertising and contact job search agent to spread the announcement
- Monitor on application applied, Arrange, develop, and support interview and candidate selection
- Facilitate in reference check.
- On job offer and Draft appointment letter for new staff appointed
- Assist to monitoring the compliance with recruitment policies and procedures to be appropriate and correct or Awareness of recruitment policies
- Recruitment Report.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in HRM/Management or other related fields
- Bachelor's Degree in finance and banking, business administration, or related to fields (from Bac-II, Year 1,2,3,4 or fresh graduate
- Good knowledge of Cambodian Labour Law, Recruitment and Selection Process, Job Analysis, Personnel Planning and Needs.
- Good knowledge of job fair, walk-in interview, corporation with University/Institution
- Experience related to credit officer, loan recovery officer, filed collection from financial institutions
- Good English and computer literacy (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office Photoshop)
- Good knowledge and concept design
- Good analytical, communication
- Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
- Good intuition and understanding of people’s qualities
- Good negotiation with people.
