CIS seeks experienced candidates for the position of Digital Media Coordinator.
- Social Media
- Social Media Publishing: Publish approved content across CIS social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, following the social media plan.
- Community Engagement: Interact with our social media community by liking and responding to audience comments, engaging with content from partner organizations, and responding to messages.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking social media performance and provide regular reports with recommendations to improve performance.
- Social Media Advertising: Execute and monitor paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget tracking, and performance reporting in line with the digital promotion strategy.
- Staying current: Follow social media trends and platform updates to recommend improvements and optimize engagement.
- Content Creation
- Creative Development: Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns and content to help shape engaging, impactful digital initiatives.
- Coordination: Support media production activities by coordinating with photographers, videographers, and stakeholders, including scheduling talent and reserving venues, to ensure smooth content creation processes.
- Multimedia Consent: Verify media consent for all individuals appearing in content, including students, parents, and staff, to ensure compliance with CIS’s privacy and consent policies.
- Content Creation: Support on social media design with guidance from the Associate Director of Creative Services.
- Website
- Update Website: Ensure the CIS website content and media are up to date.
- Google Ads: Set up and monitor paid Google Ads campaigns in line with the digital promotion strategy and budget.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Additional duties may be assigned by the line manager or Head of School to support the school’s marketing needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital content, or communications roles.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Experience with graphic design programs (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Canva, etc.) and video (filming, editing, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Creative mindset and the ability to produce engaging digital content.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.) is a plus.
