We are currently seeking a qualified Cambodian national to fill the role of Program Quality Technical Advisor-Climate Change and Circulation Economy.
- Develop and update Program Quality strategy and governance.
- Audit and improve program quality tools and KPIs.
- Lead assurance reviews and data quality validation.
- Oversee consultant performance and quality assurance.
- Build capacity through training and learning loops.
- Contribute technical insights for policy and funding proposals.
- Represent CARE in technical networks and partnerships.
- Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Waste Management, Circular Economy, or related field (or Bachelor’s with extensive experience).
- 5–7 years of experience in program quality, monitoring, and environmental sectors.
- Strong analytical and governance skills; proficiency in tools like Power BI, Excel, Kobo Toolbox.
- Experience in waste management value chains, circular economy, and climate-smart practices.
- Familiarity with gender equality and social inclusion approaches.
While your demonstrated experience is valuable, CARE is seeking a candidate who brings existing knowledge of, or a willingness to learn about CARE, equality of women and girls, and women’s empowerment activities.
