Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Policy and other relevant field
Work History:
  • Equivalent business experience and progressively research experience for a major company or division of a large corporation for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Understanding of research process & methodologies: Usage &Attitude / Central Location Test / In-home Placement / Focus Group Discussion / In depth Interview / Customer satisfactory / etc & know when to apply them)
  • A to Z project management
  • Analysis & Reporting skill
  • Analysis software like SPSS, Ms. Access, Excel etc.
  • Presentation skill
  • Research experience is an added value
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
Soft Skills
  • level of technical skills
  • the individuals interpersonal skills such as independence, attitude, problem solving and maturity.
  • Be proactive in self development ( take ownership in personal career development)
  • Willing to learn
  • Non-bias / proactive
