Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging job opportunity at a non-government organisation? Childs Dream Cambodia in Siem Reap, is seeking an ambitious professional to join our passionate and dedicated team in the following role:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Identify, initiate, and evaluate new partnership programmes, including preparing and presenting proposals to the Project Evaluation Committee.
  • Manage partnership programmes throughout the full programme cycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of partners' activities, outputs, and outcomes.
  • Review partners' narrative and financial reports and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Maintain and update the partnership programme database and prepare regular reports for submission to the Head of Partnerships.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor programme implementation, address challenges, and strengthen partner relationships, with fieldwork accounting for approximately 50% of working time.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government, partners, and key stakeholders, representing the organization in relevant external networks and forums.
  • Develop and implement exit strategies for partners to ensure sustainable programme completion and effective transition.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Khmer - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Development Studies, Social Science, Education, Statistics or equivalent education as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • 4-5 years of work experience as programme management experience and/or M&E experience in an NGO or similar field
  • A strong interest in working for an NGO to improve quality leader and specialist in Cambodia.
  • Solid IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E‐mail)
  • Knowledge of partnership management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.
  • Practical experience in project management and budgeting
  • Desirable experience includes curriculum and content design, conducting trainings, community engagement and development, and managing partnerships
  • Ability to collect, analyse and produce good-quality data, information and reports
  • A valid Driver’s license.
  • Proficient Khmer and intermediate English skills
  • Demonstrate and uphold all Child’s Dream values, consistently applying the required behaviours in day-to-day work, interactions, and decision-making.
  • Ability to travel to the field regularly (40% of the working time).
