We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Community Engagement & Events: Plan and coordinate community awareness workshops, events, training sessions, and briefings.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, local authorities, NGOs, and stakeholders.
  • Outreach & Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at events, in meetings, and in community outreach.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track project progress, collect participant data, and report on outcomes.
  • Communication: Produce promotional materials, such as presentations, flyers, or social media content, to promote the organization’s work.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in social work, public relations, communication, or a field relevant to the organization’s mission.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience: Previous experience in community engagement, NGOs, or event coordination.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally to rural or target communities.
  • Proficiency in local languages and well in English.
  • Experience in organizing logistics for workshops.
Soft Skills
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with diverse community groups and internal teams.
