As part of its development, CMK PLC is looking for enthusiastic, talented and motivated staff wishing to join a fast-growing business, candidates who are flexible and who crave the intense satisfaction that comes from being personally responsible for satisfying the clients.
- Promote all CMK services to existing and new members and actively participate to make sure that targets are met on time.
- Collaborate with the Branch Officer / Branch Manager in developing new partnerships.
- At the front office, receive members, clients or any visitor in an elegant way and direct them properly.
- Deliver to members with effective and efficient banking products and services and ensure proper date entries and transactions of products and services provided to members.
- Maintain good member relationships and customer service.
- Actively participate to the development of the loan portfolio and monitoring late loans.
- Prepare routine records and reports required by the Branch Officer
- Good communication, sales and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and positive work attitude, Teamwork, and fast learner
- Work experience in hospitality, banking or micro-finance is preferred
- Fluent is required (Chinese and Khmer or English and Khmer)
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
