Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing for two growing consumer brands.
This role is execution-focused and fast-paced. You will be responsible for driving marketing output using a small in-house team. This is not a coordination or agency-style role.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Own and execute marketing activities across both brands
- Translate business priorities and sales objectives into clear marketing plans and weekly deliverables
- Lead and manage the internal marketing team (brand manager, designer, content)
- Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and retail support materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Drive speed, accountability, and decision-making within the team
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to support sell-in and sell-through
- Develop marketing initiatives that drive consumer demand to retail stores
- Align campaigns with promotions, new listings, and distributor priorities
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 4+ years' experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles
- Proven experience executing campaigns end-to-end
- Experience working closely with sales teams or commercial teams
- Strong understanding of how marketing supports retail and distribution
- Experience working with limited budgets and real operational constraints
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage creative team members effectively
- Fluent in English; Khmer language skills are a strong advantage
- Experience in FMCG, wellness, personal care, or consumer products preferred
- THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE IF YOU
- Prefer strategy decks over execution
- Do not enjoy working closely with sales teams
- Require detailed daily direction
- Are uncomfortable making decisions independently
- Have only agency-side experience without ownership responsibility
- Strong understanding of how marketing supports retail and distribution
- Experience working with limited budgets and real operational constraints
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage creative team members effectively
- Fluent in English; Khmer language skills are a strong advantage
