Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities (corporate, events, partnerships).
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Work closely with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
- Train and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Sales experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail for 3 to 5 years
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of English (Khmer & other languages is a plus).
