Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant/café/outlet.
- Ensure smooth service delivery, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Implement hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships.
- Train and develop team members to improve efficiency and service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Work with the management team to improve operational procedures.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Experience in restaurant or F&B operations for 5 years
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
