Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain employee records and update HR database.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and probation status.
- Support payroll preparation and documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Supervise administrative staff when assigned.
- Manage office supplies and administrative documentation.
- Support company events and internal communications.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR & Administration for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good leadership and supervisory ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
