Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Inspection & Quality Control
- Perform Pre-Production Meetings (PPM), inline inspections, and final inspections to ensure compliance with brand quality standards.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and potential risks throughout production stages.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to the Quality Team Leader and relevant stakeholders.
- Audit & Compliance
- Conduct follow-up audits on Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with Group standards and procedures.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to required quality processes and compliance expectations.
- Quality Improvement & Problem Solving
- Perform root cause analysis (e.g. 5M1E) to investigate quality issues.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to address recurring defects.
- Monitor effectiveness of actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, audit findings, and quality performance updates in accordance with Group requirements.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Technical, and Production teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and factories to ensure alignment on quality standards.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Chinese - Mandarin - Fluent
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, preferably in garment manufacturing or sourcing environment for 3 years as a minimum
- Diploma or Degree in Textile, Garment, or related field preferred.
- Experience in handling inspections (PPM, inline, final) and audit processes.
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Proficiency in root cause analysis tools and corrective action planning.
- Fluent in Khmer, English, and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
