Job Description

As the leading and longest established membership organization for local and international NGOs in Cambodia since 1990, the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) has been working in partnership for good governance, enabling environment, and sustainability of the civil society organizations (CSOs). CCC is currently implementing its fifth phase of the Governance Hub Program (GHP 2023-2028) which is under the vision of sustainable and democratic development for Cambodia with a goal: strengthen civil society organizations (CSOs) by providing them with an improved enabling environment and democratic space.

Within the five years of “Governance Hub Program (GHP)” for 2023–2028, CCC delivers its mission and mandate to impacts the program’s outcome through: 1) Partnership and collaboration for advocacy and monitoring among different actors, 2) Voice and representation of CSO networks are strengthened, 3) CSO resource hub at the national and sub-national levels is functional and responded to the needs of CSOs.   • Network Strengthening Assistant
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Support on filing, documenting and updating the data sources of provincial NGOs network:
  • Track news and information on social media related to the works of provincial NGO networks and documents properly.
  • Support in managing schedules, files, and documents effectively after receiving from the 16 provincial NGOs network.
  • Build and strengthen good relationships with the 16 provincial NGO networks.
  • Maintain and update contacts, information, databases of Provincial NGOs network regularly.
  • Coordination and arrangement of the NS unit’s events/meeting:
  • Support logistic arrangement in conducting workshops, meetings, forums, trainings, etc.
  • Assist in budget request and advance settlement of the events.
  • Take notes, the minute of the events.
  • Coordinate NSU’s team meeting and take a minute of the meeting.
  • Participate in the events conducted by NS unit.
  • Regular monitoring and documents for NS unit:
  • Assist in data entry of NS activities and events into SRI.
  • Keep tracking record of budget, activities implementation into the data management system.
  • Develop monthly plan and achievement submit to NSS.
  • Contribute to developing budget plan and workplan of the NS unit.
  • Contribute to the documentation of best practices, case study and lessons learned for the report or NS unit.
  • Managing schedules, files, and documents effectively.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Competency and Skills Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with team to achieve the vision, mission, values of CCC.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Administration / secretary skills.
  • Eager to learn and work in a pro-active manner.
  • Be flexible and effective and efficient work.
  • Ability to use computer software (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet/e-mail)
  • Be able to handle logistic arrangement or events organizing.
  • Good communication skill and positive attitude
  • Demonstrate high commitment to work and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Qualification Requirements:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical experience training with at least 2 years work experiences in business administration, management, and communication skills.
  • Experience:
  • Doing administrative tasks.
  • Communicating experience is preferred.
  • Supporting tasks of meetings, workshops, and forums is preferable.
  • Writing report or minute of meetings, workshops, or forums is preferable.
  • Language Requirements:
  • Good in English and Khmer
