Regional Representative for CORD

Cord is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to provide regional leadership for its peacebuilding work across South East Asia.

Cord is an international charity working to make peace a reality in contexts affected by conflict, exclusion, and inequality. We build constructive relationships between those in positions of influence and local communities, supporting societies to move from mistrust towards cooperation and sustainable peace. We believe people flourish when all parts of society work together, and that peaceful relationships are essential for long-term change. Dialogue and engagement lie at the heart of our approach.

As Cord’s regional programming continues to grow, this role reflects the increasing importance of regional approaches to addressing shared challenges and shaping effective, context-driven programmes. Across South East Asia, communities face complex and interconnected challenges related to natural resource management, land and environmental governance, women’s participation and leadership, and inclusive development.
