DQD Consulting is a diversified consulting firm providing market entry and advisory services to local and international clients. We work with SMEs, corporates, and investors, helping them navigate Cambodia’s business landscape with accuracy, efficiency, and trust.
- Support recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Prepare employment contracts, maintain staff files, manage onboarding and exit processes.
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Manage NSSF registration and basic MLVT requirements for local and foreign staff, including staff movement updates, Blue Book, and work permit support.
- Coordinate office operations: supplies, filing, courier submissions, meeting scheduling, and vendor communication.
- Maintain organized digital and physical office and HR documentation.
- Experience in HR and administration.
- Familiar with Cambodian labor requirements (NSSF/MLVT).
- Able to support multiple companies within the group.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
