Job Description
DQD Consulting is a diversified consulting firm providing market entry and advisory services to local and international clients. We work with SMEs, corporates, and investors, helping them navigate Cambodia’s business landscape with accuracy, efficiency, and trust.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Operations Management: Assist the CMO with calendar management, task tracking, and ensuring the marketing team meets deadlines.
- CRM Organization: Maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Project Coordination: Act as the bridge between the CMO and the design team, ensuring creative briefs are clear and assets are delivered on time.
- Social Media Execution: Schedule and publish posts and advertisements across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Client Communication: Assist in preparing reports and communicating updates to clients in professional English.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English is required
- English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English is required for client communication.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Telegram, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eager to Learn: You do not need to be an expert yet, but you must be willing to learn processes and take feedback.
