Job Description
Dara R&R is a logistic and transport company. We specialize in customs clearance, international freight forwarding, logistics & especially road transportation services. We provide quick delivery times in completion of every project, reliable services, and one service provider for complete logistical support for the entire project.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare Daily Petty Cash Book Logistics and Transportation.
- Prepare Daily Repair Maintenance report.
- Ensure Tax Invoice, Reimbursement, DN & Statement of Accounts are submitted to client on time.
- Follow up receivable with clients.
- Settle cash, check or bank TT with suppliers.
- Ensure monthly declaration on taxation are recorded into E-filling system on time.
- Produce monthly revenue report to submit to MD.
- Purchase office stationeries, kitchen supplies or other office assisting.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalence degree
- At least experience in Accounting Position for 1 year
- Proficient MS applications, (Word, Excel, Email.…)
- Meticulous an aptitude figures able multi-task effectively
- Independent, mature excellent communication teamwork
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Transparency, Accountability, Willing to learn and Flexible.
